Sue Benkert


Sue is the Chief Financial Officer of CPR Tools, Inc. Sue joined CPR Tools, Inc. in July 2004. Since coming on board, she has successfully led CPR Tools through continued growth resulting in consecutive increases in both revenue and profit. Prior to joining CPR Tools, she was at the National Security Agency where she served as a Branch Chief of the Transactions By Others (TBO) Office within the Finance Directorate.

Sue has served in a wide variety of financial positions during her 20 plus years of private and government service. She started her career within the private sector in 1991. She moved on to positions of increasing responsibility within the Accounting and Finance arena with organizations, 5\3 Bank, Tower Federal Credit Union, and the National Security Agency (NSA). She held various positions within these organizations including credit analyst, staff accountant, financial analyst, and controller. She moved to NSA in 2000 as a Financial Analyst and later earned the position of Branch Chief of TBO. Immediately upon assuming that role, she became active in managing a back log of un-reconciled financial transactions. In April of 2002, she was awarded a Special Achievement Award from the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) for spear heading the effort and her significant contributions to the reduction in grossly tardy problem TBO transactions and disbursements.

Sue has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Urbana University; conferred in 1991.
